Westside Family Church (@WFCnews) Started a new series called “How to Be Rich”. The first message is titled -“Rich in Trust”. I find the timing of this message truly amazing. I personally have been so focused on trying to earn more money, I’ve lost focus on what is truly important. I sadly admit that I’ve become self-absorbed in the last few months. Ecclesiastes...

Doing Business by the Good Book
A coworker of mine gave me a copy of Doing Business by the Good Book, by David Steward and Robert Shook. It looks like a good read. I’ll be posting my thoughts and review as I work through the book.

My #super @sonicdrive_in double cheeseburger for lunch was good, but it was not optimal running fuel! My first back to back days in a while. Upcoming Marathon training/thoughts
I have been toying with the thought of running the inaugural Rock & Rock Marathon in St. Louis. Being 45 days until race day and still recovering from a hip/groin injury, I am finally deciding to skip this race. This is disheartening, for sure, but it is for the best.
Over the next 12 weeks, I am going to use Hal Higdon’s Spring Training program to lay down a solid foundation, in...

George Sheehan's "Clearing the Air" →
A very thought provoking article from George Sheehan. I would highly recommend that all endurance athletes take an opportunity to read the article.
